We monitor all flights. There are no additional charges if your flight is delayed.
- Q:What happens if my flight is cancelled?

Contact us as soon as possible on 0207 993 4989 (TEXT 07757 615 482) We will have monitored the flight and as a result we will not have despatched a driver. Your transfer order will be placed on HOLD for 24 hours, during which you can rebook your transfer at no extra cost.
- Q:Where do I meet my driver when I land?

Generally it is the information desk at Heathrow Airport, or in the arrivals hall at all other airports or ports.
- Q:What if I cannot locate my driver?

Call our 24hr support line on 0207 993 4989, quoting your order number or your name and our experienced staff will be able to assist.
- Q:Do I have to book online?

Our online booking process is clear and easy to understand. But if you prefer to speak to one of our agents you can make a booking on the phone via our booking line on 0207 993 4989, lines are open 24 hours a day.
- Q:Do I need to pay in advance?

No do not need to pay in advance. It is your convenience, If you wish to pay in advance while you are booking then you can pay through secure server or make a call to the office and pay by credit/debit card or you can pay cash to the driver at the end of the journey.
- Q: Is your company licensed?

Yes, we are a fully licensed company and are required to abide by the regulations set by the Taxi and Private Hire.
- Q: Are your prices per car or per person?

We do NOT provide a shared service. Our vehicles are sole use vehicles, our prices are per vehicle.
- Q:How early do I need to book my car?

We can provide service within 30 minutes, but the earlier you book the better, 24 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to phone 0207 993 4989 lines open 24 hours a day.
