Each driver that we recruit is well-presented, assessed by the Institute of Advance Motorists in advance and defensive driving, CRB checked, and licensed by the Public Carriage Office in London. You are very safe in the hands of our drivers.
Our drivers are committed to their duties. Once you book our services they will arrive early to pick you up so that you meet up with your special occasion; whether a business meeting, a party or just an airport transport – our dedicated drivers are there to provide you with the best quality service.
All of our chauffeurs are well educated and fluent in English; some of them can even speak other languages, like German or French. If you need a driver who speaks a different language, please let us know while making your reservation.
When you arrive at the London Airport, you’ll find our drivers waiting for you, holding a visible board displaying your name and the name of your company, so it will be quite easy to spot. The driver will assist you to carry the luggage to the car for you without paying any extra fee.
Even if you do not land on time because of delay in flight, our drivers do a free flight monitoring and will wait for up to 50 minutes after the scheduled time of arrival.
