Booking Terms and Conditions

The following administrative terms apply to contracts arranged by THE AIRPORT TRANSFER LIMITED, acting as a disclosed agent for the Supplier, for passenger Services between the departure points and destinations specified at the time these Services are booked and paid.

  1. THE AIRPORT TRANSFER LIMITED

1.1. THE AIRPORT TRANSFER LIMITED is a limited company registered in England (company registration number No.:09152168), whose registered and trading address is at 105 ALPHA STREET SOUTH Slough SL1 1QZ, United Kingdom.

1.2. THE AIRPORT TRANSFER LIMITED is a Booking service for passenger transport services (“the services”) at all times acting as the disclosed agent of the Supplier specified at the time the Services are booked and paid for by you and confirmed by THE AIRPORT TRANSFER LIMITED (“the booking”).

1.3. By arranging the Services through us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (as they may be modified and posted on our website or app from time to time) as well as other information contained on the site, app, email or any other form of electronic or written communication with you.

  1. Booking and Payment

2.1.

Bookings are made online on the airport Transfer Limited website, or by telephone. Where two or more people are involved in the same Booking, the person making the Booking (you) shall be deemed to have done so on behalf of both or all members of the party and he or she accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of himself or herself and each member of the party.  The person must follow the whole process of Booking and paying for the Services (either at the time of Booking or immediately before the use of the Services).  The said person must be at least 18 years of age.

2.2.

Full payment is required to be paid by you either (i) at the time of Booking; or (ii) not less than 24 hours before the use of the Service. Or as may be determined by airport Transfer Limited.

2.3.

All payments made are fully refundable to the customer if you cancel the Services in line with our cancellation policy. However, Cancellations must be made 12 hours before pick up time.

2.4.

The airport Transfer Limited cannot be held responsible or liable for the accuracy, timeliness, or quality of the Services due to incorrect information provided at the time you confirm the Booking. It is the responsibility of the customer to check all of the details of the Booking before travel and inform Airport Transfer as soon as possible if there are any errors.

2.5.

In the event of the error of information provided by you result in a cost or additional charge to the expense of the Services, you will be liable for that cost. Failure to pay for any increased costs due to incorrect information provided by you, airport transfer reserves the right to cancel the Services without any compensation.

2.6.

Our prices are fixed. The quoted price you see on our website at the time you make your Booking is the amount you will be required to pay. We guarantee you that there will be no extra costs that you will be needed to pay, This does not include expenses incurred as a result of a change of booking information arising from the error made by you as this may attract an additional charge.

  1. Child Seats.

The airport Transfer Limited provide all kinds of baby seats depending on your child's weight and age at zero cost. These terms and conditions may be reviewed or changed completely from time to time as deemed necessary by the airport Transfer Limited.

4. Pre-Booking

Pre-booked Services are available and may be booked up using our website before departure. This type of booking can only be done 24hrs before the utilization of the Services by making contact with our Administration Team on 0044 207 993 4989 or 0044 7948 521 995.

Complaints

All Complaints must be submitted within a period of 28 days from the date Service usage. We will not accept claims arising from failure to follow Airport Transfer Limited's terms and conditions such as the inability to reconfirm a return transfer arrangement, traveling without details of your Booking, or incorrect information provided at the time of Booking.

  1. Money back guarantee 

The airport Transfer Limited operates a 100% Money back guarantee. We will refund you in full if the reason of return occurs because of something we’ve done, we’ll be glad to refund that part of your trip. In the case of occurrence out of our control, like baggage delays, flight cancellations, we will always do our best to get you to your destination.

Our drivers have the absolute right to refuse service to any passenger that they consider a possible threat to them, the vehicles and the airport transfer limited.

8.

 We shall ensure that we provide the popular type of vehicle. But you may also expect to get a bigger car, depending on the availability of the vehicles.

Flight Monitoring

We'll keep an eye on your flight schedule and time, to avoid waiting around for take-off or landing. And we will wait for up to 50 minutes after the scheduled time of arrival. We shall not be held responsible for any inconveniences encountered after the waiting period of 50 minutes.

All prices are quoted per vehicle.

All Prices are quoted according to the brand of vehicle and the route. If the passenger decides to go via another route just to their wish, the passenger will be liable to pay the extra charges for toll, fuel, waiting and other associated costs.

We process all refund within seven workings days.
